These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products on the WGO SXM website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
The products sold are print-on-demand items inspired by Saint Martin / Sint Maarten.
Each product is made after the order is placed.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and may be modified at any time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4. Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after production has started.

5. Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination (generally 5–10 business days).

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted except in the case of defective or damaged items.
